Vortex Sponsorhouse Shop + Contingency

It seems as though they are closed for the holidays so I'm hoping someone here may know the answer. 
What's the process for claiming contingency when placing an order through the Sponsorhouse shop?  Can it be done or will it require a phone call?   I was hoping to get my order in really soon.

from what i understand if you have Vortex as a sponsor with racer support you get parts at a discount.
if you are going to use contingency money then you pay retail prices

If your sponsored with Vortex through sponsorhouse, your sponsorship discount will probably me more than your contingency $$$$.  But you can order on sponsorhouse through Vortex, just click on their sponsorship shop icon.

Travis, you have to call in to use your contingency. What they will do is any contingency is applied at msrp and the rest of your order will be at your race discount price. A lot of motorcycle companies seem to close for the week from Christmas to New Years.
