the doors are Dadoed and it is oak veneer with a 2" solid oak face plate thats got biscuts in it and pocket screwed to the sides(Its too expensive to make it all out of lumber :)  .)  The drawer shelves we actually used a router to make the grove with a jig we made to keep everything straight in the side and dadoed the shelves on both sides to make the tounge to fit.

well its all done.  The stain didn't quite turn out how I wanted it to.  We were getting a bit of pick up from the varnish.  Never had that happen before.  Well now it just looks fatigued ::)  I still think it looks cool
