Unfortunately the SRA-East will only be in the states twice in 2008.

Road America June 6-8
Summit Point September 6-7

For those inclined to see more of them you will need to travel to Shannonville Motorsports Park in Ontario.
May 16-18

Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming "WOOOHOOO! What a freaken ride"

To heck with the PM I will let everyone know how to do this.

At most tracks (as time allows) during the lunch break the sidecar folks will take
out passengers for a donation.
This donation is usually $20 and is passed on to the
cornerworkers association, at least in Canada.

You need to have at a minimum of helmet, gloves & jacket (sometimes full leathers).
You will be given some basic instruction and then go out for a couple of laps.
After the first lap the driver will check on you to see if you are game for a little more speed.

All I can say is Shut Up, Get In & Hang On!  :ahhh: :ahhh: :ahhh: :thumb:

I'm with Simon, I also did this last year and would love to do it again with full gear on.

Glad to see sidecars are coming back to Summit again.  You guys/gals provided some different sort of racing and incidents.  Great bunch of people to also just shoot the breeze with.

Since I know some of you from god knows where  :ass:
It would be nice if I could get to Summit for that weekend.

Right now it looks like I could work an AHRMA race at Miller in Utah,
a WERA race or race in a sidecar at Summit.

It looks like I have to much $h!t and not enough pail.  :wah: :wah: :wah:
