It's been three or four years since I last raced, but I'm planning on jumping back in for '08. My question is, how do I get back in as an EX?

It's not like I've been off a bike that long, I've still been playing on the ice, mini-motard and track days, but I'm afraid I'll get slotted back into AM purely due to my time away from CCS.

Any suggestions?

With three years off, I believe you'll be an amateur.  This has happened to some formerly fast experts that were out for three years.

speedy ran one race (literally, not a whole weekend), put the smack down in the GTO and then requested advancement... Even if tagged from the get go you wont have to be there all season.

Yeah, it's looking like yellow plates again. I didn't even think of that when I decided to jump back in. I just figured if you wanted to run EX they would let you. Hell, they can have all the boxes of trophies back that are stored in my basement if I can skip the yellow plates!   :wah:
