bicycles at daytona?

are the allowed? I saw some bicycles in the Daytona paddock last march...

This past spring I swear I saw several bicycles in the paddock...

This past spring, they did change the rule and allowed bicycles. Not sure that means they are allowed for the Fall though.

I know last fall they were not allowed. Don't know about the spring though. Even if they did change it I wouldn't trust Daytona security to remember it.

Yes the no bicycle rule has been relaxed this year.
