2008 Contingencies

When do the manufactures typically announce contingencies for the following year?  I'm looking at some new things for next year, and even though I'm slow, I figured I would help support the companies that support us.

From probably February through April. 

They aren't early about making those releases.

Buell has typically announced their contingency program in January.
