I know I've been checking at least every 4 hrs. I was on the fence with getting into the top three in two of my classes but after bike 66 took me out in T6 at BFR in AM MWGP and gave me one Hell of a concusion I was taken out of that race and GTO due to my performance not being up to par.
BUT I'm still really curious as to how I ended up standing in points for my rookie year racing.

From Eric:

It will be when I return to the office. I left Tuesday  for VIR and will be back on Wednesday. I know it is the final for the MW riders and it is important to know what the final points standings are but unfortunately I am out of town and do not have access to process the results nor post points. I will do my best to make it the first thing I do when I get back in town.

Do your points and performance index calculations yourself while you wait.  You may be surprised.

I've run mine two different possible ways of factoring in the performance index and came up with a 24.4 point difference.  The lowest total is still 78.93 more points than the latest update.  My combined unadjusted points are correct but the PI factor is really making it screwy.  I earned roughly 75 adjusted points (per my calculations) at the last round but the update only shows a gain of 7 and a pretty big difference in the PI despite several top four finishes with good size grids

I talked to Eric about it today and he really isn't sure how the computer program calculates it and the guy who wrote it is dead and that part of the program is locked.  Kevin will have to look into it too.

For me it makes a difference in whether I'm in the top ten.  I always keep track of my points on my own. Last year there was a points discrepancy too we got sorted out properly.  The PI definitely makes it more difficult now.

According to my calculations, I believe I won a summit point track championship. That ended the first week in sept....so i'm just hanging on..
Do you get anything for a track championship?
I know there is a *next to your name.
