I think water cooled twins up to 850cc should be permitted in the MW classes, excluding supersport.

The AMA is permitting 749/848 Ducati's to run against 600/4 superbikes in FX, and those bikes have been pretty equal.

CCS/ASRA should conform, making the MW SB classes ones that AMA FX privateers can run with both 600s and the new Ducati.  Would be good for diversity on the grid too.

Would be good to get a ruling in advance on this, so people can consider whether the larger twins can run MW SB in deciding whether to get the new 848 Ducati.

I agree as I have been thinking about getting a new Ducati 848 when they come out and being able to run it in the mw sb classes would definitely help my decision.

itd be even cooler if they allowed it in MWSS...as it sits right now it makes more sense to buy a 1098 for classes but that 848 is going to be baaad....i second the mwsbk/gp idea though....it would sell another 848...
