Yes a Buell is legal, but in supersport trim it would get crushed by the current 600s. I haven't even seen one in Supersport trim run up front in the lightweight classes in the MidAtlantic region, maybe they are elsewhere, but the fast ones are all Superbikes.

Don was riding in both the F-USA Sportbike race and the F-USA flat track race for a story in CW. He didn't have much luck in the flat track race either!

Yeah that is correct..  Canet got knocked down when things tightned up in T1.  If I remember correctly.. Buell wasnt too happy as they didnt get the story they were hoping for!
