Think only crew and competitors can use unlicensed pit vehicles. Spectators have to have licensed vehicles.

Do competitors have to register them as they do at Blackhawk and Road Atlanta?  I know that time will come too where the insurance companies push that into happening.

Yeah, I believe they have a policy in place.  What the cost is, I don't know.  Those kind of things kill my budget, so I'll be using the short bus as my pit bike... :biggrin:

The wife just said it's $25.00 for pit vehicles.  She checked into before I chose not to head to RA.

so the what that sounds like to me is if the scooter is tagged then no registration fee?  anyone have a link that works for their rules?
