I nearly highsided on Saturday but the bike threw me to the left and then went on its own towards turn 5 and into a dirt embankment, ripping the front tire off . Did anybody see the accident or get a good site on my exit from 4?  I've gone over it a dozen times in my head and not until seeing Duhamels high side today do I realize what happened to my leg. Anyways, I know a few people had a good site on it in turn 4 so I guess I'm interested to hear what others saw. There's no conspiracy to uncover, it just happened so fast I'm not sure what caused it.

I hope your leg is okay bro, couldnt tell from your post.  Only had one high side so far, and never want another one!  Sounds like ya did fairly good to prevent that from happening even though the bike went down.  Any chance you'll have the bike up n running again soon or does this put the smack on your next race?

I saw the later half of the crash...

I was a classic high-side, where you must have rolled out a little bit on the throttle.
The bike snapped as the rear gained traction and pitched you off the bike.
From my prospective, it did look like you didn't let go the the bars.
When your butt made its why back to the bike, with the wonderful help of gravity...
You didn't land on the bike squarely and you simply fell off the bike just as the bike settled down.
As a direct result, if bike rolled off on its own as you stood up from your tumble.

It looked like you may have even watch the bike head for the pond by the time you stood up.
