well i finally found a track bike that i can afford, the only problem is that the body and the engone seem cratched up, now i was wondering those this really matter for a 1st track bike? i was hoping to use this bike for at least 2 years and maibe some weekends (with all of the necesary stuff to make it street legal )

No, it doesn't matter.  In fact, it helps you because now the first time you skip it down the track you won't feel too bad since you'll just be adding to the collection of scratches instead of creating  new ones!

A lot of time those dings & scratches serve only to drop the price on a bike that is perfect for the track.
