I need the photos of Ed Key getting a lift during Friday practice at BHF.   I was told that there is photographic evidence of this error in judgement. If anyone knows who was taking pictures let me know.  If anyone would care to document the conversations taking place on the corner workers radios that would be good.  I understand there was interesting things being said that make the story even better.

Here ya go!!

Mr. Key was re-jetting his carburetors and (forgot to connect his fuel line).  He went out for a practice session and ran out of fuel in the float bowls by turn on at BHF.  He coasted to a stop and leaned his bike up against a fence between turns 1 and 2.  Another (unknown) rider sees Ed is broke down and stops to offer him a lift back to the pits.  Ed accepted said ride, causing a lot of communication amongst the corner working staff (this area is to be filled in with the communication details authored by M Jays dad) and subsequently leading to a full course waving yellow.  They casually made their way around the track right in front of me and exited the track at turn 5, which is also strictly prohibited at BHF and is discussed at every riders meeting.

Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming "WOOOHOOO! What a freaken ride"

I predict that the current Mr potato head may be trading his prize back and forth with Mr Key over the next few years....
