All races are Ex and Am combined and everything is PACKED into 2 days. One thing goes wrong and races are getting cut very quickly.

What gives? Could CCS not get the track Friday?  :err:

Court Jester

barber costs a ton and gets booked up quick and there's always a whole whole whole whole lot of people there.

Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming "WOOOHOOO! What a freaken ride"

Sig

yeah, all the more reason for it not to be doubled up expert and amateur in every race. :)

Sig

Also, all the races are 5 lap instead of 6 laps.

Well, looks like there wasn't enough of a turn out historically to justify a 3 day race weekend.

I sure hope things go over smoothly.....time to up the cardio.....haha

It's not a Great Plains or Midwest regional event either.  So, it should cut the numbers a bit from some of the 1400 entry days.

The last couple years there have not been very many people at the track.

Ya last year was my first time there and i was supprized at the small turn-out (not that many people) the unlimited grids didn't even have enough entries to pay tire money

No doubt, you better be in good shape if you are running a lot of races......because a lot are going to be back to back.
