Formula 40?

Do you have to be 40 at the beggining of the season or just before the race? Example: I will be turning 40 in April , can I race formula 40 in May?

Busted!  Err, I just thought I'd better keep my mouth shut.  (I must delete 5 reponses for every one I actually post.)  But back to the discussion.  I believe it was something along the lines of...
