From what I can glean from my Beginning O' Season packet and my Daytona packet, there is an Amateur Unlimited GP class in CCS and also in Formula USA.

The Daytona mailer says CCS entries are $130 for the first class, then $55 each after that. Then it says the ONLY exceptions to this are these 4 classes, and it lists some classes that will be run combined (FUSA and CCS) and Am UGP is not one of them. So, based on what it says, I can only conclude that the cost for entering CCS Am UGP at Daytona is the same as any other regular CCS class. But, it also appears that there is only one Am UGP race all weekend - on Sunday (the FUSA day). And there is qualifying on Sunday morning for the Am UGP race.

Is all this correct?

If so, do I have to have an FUSA license to run this class? I'm assuming not.

And, the GT races are also only $55 each (assuming they're your 2nd or later entry). Correct? I mean, that's what the Daytona packet says, but other things have said purse-paying races are $70, and I'm having trouble believing any race at Daytona would be cheaper than it would at a regular regional without explicit confirmation.
