What was your top Speed in Daytona

Hi Guys, this year was one of the best races ever in Daytona, i have a lot of fun. The Question is What was your top Speed in Daytona? 600cc and 1000cc.. I run a 05 R6 full M4 exhaust with 107 rwhp and top out amazing 175 mph before get into the break zone T1. I saw some bike past by me so fast and i was looking in the speedometer  runing 175 feels like I was 60 if i compare with some other bikes.. ehehee..

'07 GSXR 750. 190 indicated with stock gearing.

Indicated, well, it's not actual.

2001 - 104HP GSXR600, I got 180...indicated.  I always figure that it's off about 10% easy, then figure for gearing.

Some actual calculations, assuming stock tire size:

Stock ratio 05 R6 at 14000 rpm would be 154 mph.
Stock ratio 07 GSXR 750 - 13000 rpm = 170mph
Stock ratio 06 GSXR 600 - 13500 rpm = 155 mph
Stock ratio 01 GSXR 600 - 13000 rpm = 163 mph

I was shifting into 6th 3/4 through the banking and taching out in the tri-oval at 7800 RPM:
03 Duc 1000SS re-geared (-3) 7800 rpm = 152 MPH

On my r6, I was with 15 front and 47 rear, at 15000 rpm.. i know the speedometer read wrong but the speed trap was only 3 miles less the what show on ondometer..

By any chance was there a radar gun positioned anywhere?

AHRMA usually has one.  AMA usually has one.  But they often get bad readings across start finish because of the banking.
