This is a consumer announcement for those considering buying from superbike supply:  In a word, beware.
I ordered two parts from them 25 Jan. I got a call from them eight days later (Feb 2) asking what year my bike is. They hadn't done anything with the order for over a week, not to mention that this information was included with the order. As of 13 Feb I hadn't received anything and called to check on my order. I spoke to the owner, who refused to give me his name, and found out that nothing had been done on my order yet. This is after 19 days. (I found out his name is Brad Plemmons. Interesting that he posts it on the web site yet won't give it out to a customer he is speaking with. Highly unprofessional.) He claimed that I was rude when I spoke to his employee previously when I asked why nothing had been done on my order. This, he says, is why I don't have my parts. In fact, he hadn't sent my parts. For all I know he never planned on filling the order, yet he has had my money for three weeks. It is important to note that Mr. Plemmons hung up on me twice, then refused to answer the phone. So, he hangs up on customers, yet claims that a customer was rude to his employee two weeks previously. He doesn't fill pre-paid orders, but makes no attempt to notify the customer by phone, email, or other means.
So, for anyone considering doing business with superbike supply, think about customer service, and if actually receiving what you pay for is important to you. For my part, I'll take my business elsewhere. I'll also tell everyone I know about this experience with a highly unprofessional business owner.

I also emailed once to check on the order and got no response. The guy is highly unprofessional, and borderline fraudulent. He has my money, yet he has not provided the service he accepted it for. Not for supply, logistic or any acceptable reason. He just doesn't want to. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB.

I have ordered from Lithium and had good service. I tried to save a handfull of dollars and I regret it now. I have a PM from a CCS member and three so far from WERA members saying they also had bad experieces with this Brad Plemmons. I should have asked around the paddock first. Live and learn.

Don't think too many folks have had problems with the highly reputable businesses who advertise on this site...  Consider supporting them in the future.

Sorry bout your bad luck... I cant believe how some people choose to run a business.

I found out pretty quick that buying from one shop repeatedly will usually yield long term savings.  It might cost you a few bucks now but being a consistant repeat customer I am sure most business owners would agree that discounts will be thrown in from time to time.  its no different than going to the same restaurant, bar, car dealership etc... once your "known" things tend to work themselves out.  And even if its not a financial savings, when your a regular customer it makes you more of a person than a customer.  There is a level of personal service that typically comes along with it.

Rob's earned my business 100 x's over... cant go wrong there!

Very interesting. I know of some REALLY shady deals that have gone down through this Brad fella and his shop. Sorry to hear of your loss.

Thanks for informing us all. We all work pretty hard for our money.    :thumb:

the percentage of customers that are un-happy with our service/prices is very, very small.  im sorry that you are unhappy but when i have an employee call you to make sure we have the correct information so the order gets sent out right the first time and they get nothing but yelling and screaming about "i dont have time for this.  i have more important things to do".

you called today asking for a refund.  it was refunded within 15 minutes.

First it was alleged that I was rude to your employee. Now, after the fact by three weeks, after I post my bad experience, after others post their bad experiences, and after not providing the service for which you were paid, you decide to say that I was "yelling and screaming" and that I didn't have time? Priceless. I had  time to email and call you more than once to check the status of my order. It is you who seemingly doesn't have time, as you hung up on me twice, and did not fill my order.

As far as getting the order right the first time, do you think eight days to initially review an order is prompt?

As a side note, when I called my credit card company this evening to dispute the charges, they have no record yet of a refund.

yelling.  just like you did today.

i have sent emails to you saying that we can discuss this like adults but you want no part of it.  all you have done is continued with your threats.  legal and physical.

once our processor batches out tonight you will see a refund.

By threats you must mean that I said I would get my money back and that I would tell others of my experience. My credit card company issued me a refund already, and I have told others what happened. Action only.
