Great Workout!

Probaly not so much for the guys but the girls may like it.  I tried a cardio-striptease class, it was a blast and every mucsle group is sore.  If there's a gym in your area that offers it you should give it a try.

I attended one of those classes too...  Threw my elbow out and I just wasn't the same for about a week...

seriously, i really do recomend it for a good work out.  And guys you don't actually strip so don't get so excited.

I was only planning on excercising my eyes, and perhaps providing a lap if necessary....  You know how I always try to be helpful in situations such as these!
