A new track is possible in Illinois. From the track map (CHECK THEIR WEB SITE) it looks like it would be incredible, but to get them to include the road course in the phase one construction they need to get some feedback to show that there is interest in it. Shoot them an email if you would race or do trackdays on a course like this.
Looks pretty bad ass to me.
