Howdy, I am novice racing an F4I At Loudon. I am thinking of going down to Homestead Miami for one last race weekend this year 12/2-12/3. It seems the Link on the florida site is Down For the schedules anybody have one?

I looked at the June schedule But it seemed  like Paractice on Saturday and Racing on Sunday. With no novice classes running?

Whats the Deal FLA Racers fill me in, Please

Thanks

The Florida Region headed up by Henry DeGouw always has practice all day Saturday. Gates generally open at 0800 on Saturday and 0700 on Sunday. Sunday combines all 20+ classes on the same day. The first and only Sunday practice runs at 08:00, Rider's meeting at 09:00 and the first race around 10:00.

The schedule will usually have some combined races of Experts and Amateurs starting in two waves. The bigger fields will only have Experts or Amateurs (usually the MW Supersport).

There generally is a good turn-out of racers at Homestead in December and then January of the following year.

Thanks,

I am still a little confused If I race in The novice Class At NHIS, Would I race in Amatuer In Florida or Do the Novices run Seperate ?

Do They have a Novice class In Florida?

You would race with the Amateur class. There is no novice group.

See you there. I will most likely pre-register and ask for garage #5 or lower. With pre-registration you can request a particular Nascar garage. #1-32 I think.
