Have you taken into consideration the choices that you want someone to make for you in case that you become incapacitated?

Things like...
Do you want a respirator to assist your breathing?
Do you want to be fed intraveneously?
In the case of brain damage or paralysis, would you want to be resuscitated?
Who should the medical staff consider the person in charge to execute your wishes?

I have to admit, that is too scary a thought for me to think about.  Man, why do you always have to drag us down?  ;)

I'm not trying to "Harsh your buzz" or anything, dude,  but as my brother was loaded into the helicopter, one of the medical team turned to his wife and asked, "Is he an organ donor?"

Will your loved one know how to answer?

The harsh reality is that we need to set these things straight prior to getting the track
(Hell, I'm more worried about driving TO the track, than being ON the track.)

Only once a year do I remind people to get their affairs in order.  Plus, I wanted to try out the Poll option.
