Suzuki Intruder 700 evals sought

My brother is looking at buying a 85 Suzuki Intruder 700. Anybody know anything about these lumps? Seller wants $2500 with a 30 day limited warranty. Price looks right but....

For what it is worth...The Intruder 700 was my first bike and I rode it everywhere ( at the time it was my only mode of transport). I put 20,000 miles on it in 2 years and never had any issue. The only thing I can say is that the price seems a bit high for a 20 y/o bike, I only paid $1500 for mine in '89....but that is only my opinion.
