scooter - street legal & cheep!

gas it taking a toll on my wallet - need a cheep cheep scooter that is street legal (and street worthy).

I'm thinking of a Spree or something like that.

I dont care what it looks like as long as it runs good and has all the legal stuff (lights, brake lights, turn signals...).  I dont have much $$$ so the cheeper the better.  Might be able to trade for some Honda 600rr parts or bodywork.

I live in Chicago suburbs and would want to come out to see it.
