When he can qualify for a yellow plate!

ROFLMAO!!!

:lmao:

We did talk about that.  To tell you the truth, we don't know when we'll make it out again.  Right now we're in the middle of a major remodel and his bike is still in pieces.

As long has the subject has come up regarding an upgrade to expert, I have a question.  How many points must you accrue in order to earn your white plates?  And are these adjusted points per the performance index or just straight up points?  I would really like to run expert next season but am running a 1000 and can only make the BFR events.  I thought I read somewhere it was 400 points.  Thanks!

2.2.6 STATUS CHANGES - Riders who are changed in status during the
season will only carry 50% of their points to their new status.
A. Expert riders, who can show proof that they were not properly classified,
may move down to Amateur. A downgrade is only allowed once in a
career, unless there is a significant time lapse in participation.
B. Amateur riders who wish to be upgraded must show a history of top
finishes, particularly where Experts and Amateurs run together, as well
as a good safety record.
