Pirelli Contingency, How do I sign up????

Last year with CCS there was a link on the Pirelli website.  This year there isn't one and the links on the CCS website are dead links.  The last two race weekends I've looked through the box of contingency forms and there weren't any pirelli forms.  I made a mistake and wrongfully assumed that since I signed up last year and was a member of Pirelli's website that I was automatically enrolled.  Oh, I've also left two messages for Pirelli but have not received a call back.  I want to join now, HOW?

If you already enrolled online than you should still be in the system.

Pirelli doesn't have any forms to fill out.  Just fill out the CCS/ASRA contingency forms.

If you goto the link you posted, each of the other race organizations have an annual release you need to sign to be eligible.  CCS isn't listed, also I've scored at least 4th or higher in each race since CMP in April and I have yet to see a cert available.  I know Pirelli is slow but I have to think it is something else, like me not providing the release form for the year.
