Rules for this weekend, NO CRASHING. If the crash truck has A/C, I really dont wanna get out of it.

Drink a LOT of fluids BEFORE you go out and race.... 




..... and stay away from the fluids that contain alcohol.  Those don't do anything to hydrate you.

Too hot for me. I was going to go out there, but I'm probably going to just make a quick trip on Saturday to do some biz and then get the **** out of Dodge. I'm absolutely no good in the heat.  <---------------wiping sweat out of my eyes.
