Track day at Barber

May put on track day at Barber on Aug. 10th anyone interested?

I think we will limit it to 150 riders 3 groups plus a riding school with Ed Bargy which would work out to 4 sessions in am and 4 in the afternoon

Just trying to get all the logistics worked out but I think it will happen track is available and that is the most important thing now just have to get everyone else on board

My buddy and I are traveling from Va, and I'm always looking for an excuse to miss an extra day of work. We have never raced at Barber.... Count 2 guys in...

ok, I'm hearing it's been canceled and rescheduled by another company.  Is there any truth to this?  I read it on the WERA site here: http://forums.13x.com/showthread.php?t=115195

I just called the track and unfortunately it's true.  As of now, no one is picking up the day.  From what I hear it's political between ZOOM Motorsports and the track. I sent a few e-mails off to get more info and will post when I hear more.

Now that the Bargy School won't be doing the practice day, has anyone else picked up the day for a race practice?  We have 4 guys coming down from Washington, D.C. who have never ridden the track and will be racing the CCS event.  The practice day was the deciding factor weather or not to come down.
