CCS contingency question?

Does anyone have a print out of what the payout actually is, per supplier and place and what not. Or am I missing it somewhere on the website. Also thanks to the cornerworkers at blackhawk, I had barely stoped sliding at 6a/gate, or whatever you call it, and the corner worker was picking up my bike asking if i was ok. THANKS ALOT CORNERWORKERS ;D
