Does anyone have any experience with Hein Gerrick racing suit?  Are they any good?  or just a peice of ...?

Anyone?

Depends on how much you are planning to pay. They are decent mid-level suit. Easy to repair, but with a lot of graphics that can come loose in a crash. The one's Ive been getting this season have removeable liners and CE armor, typical leather for an off the rack suit. On a scale of 1-10 they are about a 6.5.

Feel free to email me with any other questions or concerns.

They run BIG, but seemed to be put together pretty well...  I'm waiting for my 'right sized' one...

Thanks for the help, I'll probably end up getting one.  Seems like a good deal.

Jeff

I got mine today.  I originally got a size 46, but it was HUGE on me.  I traded it for a size 44.

I'm 6'2" and 190#.  I have a 34 waist and a 34-36 inseam.  The fitment is still goofy.  Collar to crotch is tight, but arms and legs are still baggy.  Waist is pretty good, chest & shoulders are good.

Alexa, if you're reading this, I'll bring this suit to you tomorrow or on Thurs at lunch.  The repairs to make it fit perfect should be very simple by what I'm seeing.

Oh ,Jeff?  didn't see you there. Just give me a holler before you shoot over, I've been leaving pup-dog at home in the morning and picking her up at lunch.

thanks for the input, I think I'll go ahead and get one.  At least if it is too big it can be taken in, if too small not as easy to fix.

Jeff

This would be the PERFECT suit for anyone who is shorter or average height (assuming that 6'2" is tall) and stocky in the legs/arms.

Tall lanky people (not that I'm lanky by any means) may have some difficulty getting a good fit off-the-rack

Here's me in my blue, two-piece, Yamaha Gerricke.  I like the suit.
