VP Fuel at Willow?

Does anyone out there know if the VP fuel distributor will be at the upcomming Streets of Willow race? Also, does anyone know the phone # to order fuel? Thanks in advance.

I thought Racers Edge was the supplier for the SW and Pacific regions.  They are out of Las Vegas I think but unfortunately I don't have a phone number for them.
