can someone tell me if any brake related components need to be (or should be) wired??

bleeder screws etc....    

does anybody use locktite instead or in addition to the safetywire on bleeder screws at the calipers??

For CCS, you haven't been required to do so for some time.

Caliper bolts are worth for piece your piece of mind and added safety.  I have seen calipers with bolts that either did not get tightened or began to loosen.  The brake will still work with loose bolts, but not as effectively.  And if it does come off, you're toast.

Never done anything special to bleeders.  Should be fine.  Same for banjo bolts.
