QuoteTo all,
I have refrained from becoming involved in this collection of half-truths and lies that this situation has evolved into. I will try to set the record straight.

1. Adam did not have his racing revoked. It was suspended for a year and would be renewable in 2007 as long as certain provisions were met. Those
provisions are spelled out in an email I sent to Adam.

2. I did not have Adam blackballed from any racing organizations. I called Kevin Elliott of CCS and informed him of my intentions to suspend Adam. I told Kevin that he was free to license Adam in another region if he so desired. Kevin chose to uphold the suspension.

3. Adams license was suspended, not for anything that happened in the NHIS Media Center, but for libelous statements he made about officials and
principle parties at NHIS. These statements were posted on several public forums.

4. I did not request that Adam post his apologies to me and Jerry on any public forums. What I asked for was a retraction of all his statements. My email to him follows.

Sorry Adam but I will not accept your apologies. I will settle for nothing less than a complete retraction of all your statements on all the forums that you posted on and a public apology to all the members of the LRRS community.

You insulted and libeled me and my friends and I will not tolerate it. When all the retractions are done to my satisfaction we can then discuss next year

I think that is pretty clear. For some reason Adam does not seem to grasp it. Whatever his actions are he will definitly not be racing with us in 2006. I have been involved in the running of motorcycle racing for almost 25 years now and in all that time I have only yanked 3 licenses. The first was a druggy that was so far out of life that he was a danger to all involved.
The second was a rider that got his bell rung badly and was never the same afterwards and was dangerous on the track. And then there is Adam. He joins a very exclusive club.

There is more that I care not to go into.

Adam needs to meet Bill Ferhman! ;D
The frame was snapped, the #3 rod was dangling from a hole in the cases, and what was left had been consumed by fire.  I said, "Hey, we've got all night!"

I have had occasion to deal via email and ups with Adam. He has always been a stand up guy with me. However, I don't know what the argument here is about. Just my 2 cents

Adam is laying low today since this letter came out. ???
