2003 - New rules/schedule?

As a newbie, I'm trying to find any rule changes and the schedule. With new tracks in my area, I am trying find the division that makes the most sense (and plan my summer). When/where will this info be found? Thanks, Doug

Check out this link.  It should be pretty close, but I do believe that the southwest region may have some changes.

As far as the rule book goes.  If you are a current license holder one will be coming in the mail.  If not, the 2002 on is on line at www.ccsracing.com or e-mail Tiffiney to have one sent to you.

I so newbie I haven't even gone to school yet to get my license (Feb 26), but I need to start planning where to spend my kids inheritance.  ;D
