License Renewal Question

Just got mine. Isn't there supposed to be a blue piece of paper with our name and number on it that we are to send in for renewal? Or did everyone just get a generic license application this year? Seems a little strange if we just want to keep our number.

I had the same question until I read the whole news letter.  CCS just sent out blanks to speed up the process  ::)  Anyway read last page.

I did later. Why would I want to read the whole thing? Just give me the cliff notes!
