Keeping the same #

I saw the previous post a few days ago that said you have to register by 1/6.  Is this true though?  I looked on the website for the new license registration form and it's not there.  I want to keep my # and get my '06 license, but where's the form to fill out?  

Any word on the '06 schedule?
