How exactly does a dynamic gas fork work?  How is it different to standard forks?  Are we still working with a piston and shims flowing thru oil?  How will these differ compared to the Ohlins 7500 dollar version?

My understanding is that the fork cartridge has a gas-charged reservoir, like a shock. It still has valving like a standard fork cartridge, but the reservoir allows for expansion of fluid and eliminates fade. Basically the same theory as an Ohlins superbike fork, but it's just a drop-in cartridge which I believe makes it supersport legal.
I'm sure someone will correct me if my info is wrong...
