Used race bike prices. 650s and 600s

Im lookin into a good starter race bike. what would be a good price on an Sv650s? 2003 and newer? 2002 and prior? race ready? how about a 600, what kind of prices should i expect?

also, what prices would i be lookin at for a good GP bike, 125 or 250.

Seen some 99-02 SV's go for anywhere from $3000-4K in race trim. 03 and up I'd say $close to $5K. Those are all depending on whats been done, condition and how much the owner really wants out of it. Those are some of teh prices Ive seen on SV's when I'm looking for them.

I payed right in the middle of that...great deal.  So that sounds about right, of course depends on quality, extras, configuration, shape, etc. etc.

GP bikes haven't changed much in the last couple years. The TZ125 you can go back as far as 94, RS125 as far back as 96, TZ250 as far back as like 92 or so. 1998 and newer RS125 have the powerjet carb which is steps up the price and performance. Two stroke price very a lot depending on spares, mods, how new the parts are on it.
1994 TZ125-$2500 needs work some spares- $4000 rebuilt motor ready to race with spares.
1998 RS125- $4200 needs work some spares - $5500 rebuilt motor ready to race with spares.
2002 TZ125 or RS125 $6000 needs works some spares $7000plus rebuilt motor ready to race with spares
New RS125 or TZ125 $11,000 with a full years worth of spares.
New RS250 or TZ250 $21,000 with a full years worth of spares.
