Whaaaa Whoooo! Finally a great turnout, with over 70 riders attending this event! We were overwhelmed by the support we received from the riding community and would like to express our sincere appreciation to everyone who helped promote this event. Many riders were actively spreading the word on the internet, at local bike nights, in dealerships and bike shops, and even coercing friends and family members to attend.

BIR is a new market for us and we have been struggling to attract enough riders to cover our costs. Our June weekend was a bust with a very small turnout and a huge financial loss. Our July 18th event we cancelled due to lack of sign ups. This event was our "make or break" event for Brainerd. If we did not get enough interest then we were going to pull out of this market and cancel the rest of the season here. Thanks to the support of the riding community, we not only met ALL of our expenses, but even ended up with a small profit to help offset previous losses.

To show our appreciation for the support we received from the riding community, as a Grand Prize in our Podium Club prize drawing, we gave away a set of Michelin Pilot Race Tires valued at over $300.00. Congradulations to lucky winner, Roger Hendricks of Lucky Dog Racing. Other winners included, Darren Pfeffer who won an 11x15 action photo of himself donated by Jonah of Momentum Photo, Eric Barbot who won a TrackAddix logo T-shirt and Hat combo, and Shannon Siverson who won a jug of Motul Oil for his bike.

We also ran our "Track Orienatation" School during this event and had 9 students attending. Everyone did a great job and we would like to thank these new "track addicts" for attending our school.

Again, a huge THANK YOU to all that attended and promoted this event. We hope to see you all at our next event on September 12th. Get signed up now as this will be the last chance to ride at BIR before the winter arrives!
