RS 250

Just wonsering what class to Race the Aprilia RS 250 in and if you need DOT tires or if slicks are allowed.  2003 will be my first year to race and I am trying to decide what classes , orginazation ect.

I suppose we all need to know where you're located to tell you what organization to race with.  That can make a difference.  And they have different classes.  Let's go from there.

But, bottom line, getting good knowledge from someone about the suspension set up and some riding techniques will help you learn faster with less crashes and less money.  Track time is fine IF you know what to change and you can chase yourself for better lap times.
