.......is it on the East track or the Main track??

Roger@ASMA

I think West? Pretty sure it's not main like it was supposed to be. Cory?

Zac

I'm pretty sure it was East in September, and West in November (or maybe vise versa).  It is definately not Main for either.

Okay here is the skinny- as in thin in truth!  just kidding.  Anyhow, looks like we are on  Main as planned in September- however- this may change I am getting conflicting reports and my contact at Firebird will let me know tomorrow what it is for sure.  Before the flak starts flying- this is not a CCS issue.  If you are pissed-call Firebird.  They are the ones changing venue on us. For those of you who hate Main, this is a bonus for you-thank Firebird.

For the October event we were scheduled for East but have been moved to West.  Apparently, East is now booked from October thru January for the next few YEARS.  Seriously.  Now of course, we told the track that if ANYTHING changed and could put us somewhere else that weekend we would take it.  Anyone up for jetski racing on the lake?

For next year we have gotten our wishlist in earlier than ever before and hope to get some better dates.  Also- I think Roger and his folks out there in New Mexico liked us and we liked it there so expect more of that!    When I get the next bit of shaky word- I will pass it on.  Thanks for your patience and let the 'farce' be with you.

Oooohhhh September.   :o

Sept 10 - 11 = ASMA @ Arroyo Seco
Sept 17 - 18 = CCS SW @ Vegas
Sept 24 - 25 = CCS SW @ Firebird East

I like racing, but I've never done 3 race weekends in a row.  2 in a row is tough sometimes.  I'm sure it's going to be tough on the CCS folks to run Vegas, then turn right around and run Firebird the following weekend.  Kudos to them if they can pull it off!

Scheduling two weekends in a row sucks, BTW...  ARGH...the first one of us grandkids (and the youngest at that) is getting married the weekend after Vegas...I was trying to think of a way to make the race (FB East) and the wedding, but Livermore, CA -> Chandler, AZ or reverse doesn't seem likely in the same day...the corporate jet and copter are already checked out for that weekend.  Darn you Firebird!  Kim, change the schedule, I want to race with you at East...I hope you can make it to Vegas, I'm skipping Willow for that one!  :)

I will see you in Vegas Brian!!! And I will be at FB east next weekend...ya, wish I could change the schedule for us all...but thats not my department...
Hey, wanna buy a billboard? Perhaps a Top of the Tower membership? A vendor space at one of our events? Ummm...ok, maybe not...can't hurt to ask though....
Dang Brian, ya gotta make it out here for the race, its not much fun riding all by myself...   :-/

:(  Sorry!  I had to do it last time though...  :o  Just pretend that you're in a race with the big noisy bikes in the race ahead of ours...and if you get by them, try to catch John.

Well, as soon as I need that top of the tower thing, I'll let you know.  Probably right after I get my access to the corporate jet back.   >:(

I sent my cousin an email giving him crap for scheduling it on a race weekend.

Great line up! Looking forward to supporting the CCS and Arroyo (even if an old man owns/runs the track! ;D
