Thurs. practice at Barber?

Can Anybody tell me how to find out about promoter practices prior to races? I looked in RoadRacing World for trackday/schools, the FormulaUSA site, my CCS newsletter, etc... NADA!!!  and just found out today about a Thursday "promoter" practice! Is this for anybody who's racing this week? Could someone help me buy/rent/lease a CLUE! Thanks ???
