Vanson has a measuring guide.  It might be on their website, or they could mail or fax it to you.  Get a tailor to measure you with the guide in hand for best results.
The frame was snapped, the #3 rod was dangling from a hole in the cases, and what was left had been consumed by fire.  I said, "Hey, we've got all night!"
