If you need to ask what a 12oz curl is, go home, we've suspended your competition license.
Quit smoking, try not to pick up anything too heavy at work, Diet Rite, Tourist Trophy....
what about the 6 oz curls? that's 2oz good smooth whiskey over 3-4oz of ice in a 6oz tumbler.
less carbs than beer........ :thumb:

Gordie, you forget we are talking racers here, they best they can afford is MGD.
Hey, have fun on your vacation next month!
I like to alternate heavy and light weight training.
First 12 oz curls then cheese curls.
binge & purge... great for the abs!

Now we know the secret to your girlish figure.
The SW region never sleeps! LOL I ride single track on my CR250R on my time off!! :thumb:
Yeah, can we add riding dirtbikes to the poll? That is my vote.
I also know a good arm workout, especially if you are ambidextrous. :jerkoff:
We are getting into our old training method again. Try jumping on a pogo stick between 500-900 times per run!
Beats the shit out you legs. I'm going for 1000 jumps by spring.
Air ride pogo sticks kick ass.
MY legs are weak. I can only manage around 400 right now.
Once we master 1000 then the backflips start!
:lmao:
Yoga is great. Started some physical therapy today too. Will ice ride when I get the tires changed, and there is enough ice.
Thanks for the plug, Alexa! :thumb:
I guess I found that tai chi and meditation were good mind/body workouts. Downhill skiing provided great leg work and balance, as well as building thoughtspeed (moguls) - wish I could do it a lot more. But really, racing was always a great workout all by itself - my legs were rock hard during the season, and I lost about 20 lbs over the summer, without trying.
J Farrell - +1 on the pogoing - it is a great workout! My nephew is Pogo Joe, and is a senior product advisor and demo coordinator for Flybar. He has been featured on the Today Show in NY, and toured Europe and Asia giving demos. Dude is amazing. You can read a bit more about him here: http://www.xpogo.com/06nov_art1.html
The new pogo sticks are incredible - you really can do flips on them - if you've got the stones.
No thank you.
Riding a dirtbike. +1
For the people located near Chicago, check out indoor mx in Waterman www.wirmx.com It's a great workout and a great way to stay in shape. The track never gives you a chance to take a break. If you suffer from are pump this will take care of it. They are open during the week and weekends.

So what you're saying Chris is I shouldn't have gone toe to toe with that 747? And you couldn't have shared this about 2 weeks earlier?

If you're doing it enough for it to be considered training, you may have a problem.....at least thats what my friends told me at the intervention
Alexa,
You forgot dangling your wife off an ice cliff to curb your panic mode.
(For the record, Stumpy will vote cycling hands down!!! I'm a spinning maniac now, too, though.)
i've just picked up the cycling thing. got too cold to do it outside so i have an inside bike. had it for about 3 weeks and logged 120 miles so far. pisser of it is, i haven't lost a single damn pound.
OK, my training technique is not on the list so here my write-in, attempting to fly after your coworkers push your ladder out from under you. Either it works and nothing on the official list can touch it or you don't need to worry about being in shape next season. :kicknuts:
oh yeah. i bet between wetting your self, shitting you pants, and the blood loss, you can shed 4 or 5 pounds in well under a minute.

Actually I think think the figure was somewhere under 13 seconds all hearsy as I blacked out 5 feet before hitting the floor, Imagine that, I can pul 1 G on the brakes into turn 1 get some nice wheel hop as I turn in and a 15 foot fall from a ladder causes enough terror to cause me to blackut.
