I'm am currently using Braking's wave rotors with EBC HH on my SV.  I have no major complaints about how my brakes work, but I don't have anything to compare the performance to other than having yet to be outbraked, though some have tried. :)  I'm just wondering if there is anything to gain.  A little less pressure would be nice and sometimes the EBCs lose their bite and sort of fade.

Does anyone have experience using other pads on these rotors that can compare them to EBC pads?

Thanks

yep...i ran galfer waves with galfer hh pads last season.  superb braking.  then after awhile i added a brembo radial cylinder to the list and it really improved things. :o

I had the same rotors last year and went from EBC to vesrah pads.  To me there was a big diff between the two. The initial bite was better and there was no fade.  I was able to brake at my normal spots faster and be set up and could carry more corner speed than the guys that brake later than I. That let be be beside them mid corner and pull

Try the versah pads.

+1 on Vesrah pads.  I have them on my SV with Braking wave rotors, and they rock!  Great bite, good feel and power.

IMO, I would use either Vesrah pads or Carbon Lorraine. Both are very good.

Carbone Lorraine and Vesrah have really been head and shoulders above the rest of the brands at the track.

Try Braking's pads.  I've used those on both SVs I raced.  They worked really well once they heated up (they're a carbon metallic pad).

The Vesrah's are also very good.  I used those last year with the Braking rotors.  I was a big EBC fan until I tried the above pads.  Like you said, the EBC's lost their feel after awhile.  Vesrah offers contingency as well.
