One thing I learned a very long time ago is to keep it mumm if you know something that's not common knowledge. Rumors create ill will and if they prove to be incorrect, you don't look very professional. Just something to think about.

Dude, men are MUCH worse than women. ;D And it was my Dad that taught me alot about how I do business. He worked with men all day and he would just go on and on about how they should keep there mouths shut sometimes.  :o ;)
