Quotesay things they don't like they threaten they will delete your post and remove you permanently from their site (a public forum no less). I'm not talking about vulgerity or things such as that as reasoning for expulsion, but simply expressing a view other than what they want to see. In fact the vulgerities and threats coming from these Police officers is just crazy. What ever happened to 'Freedom of Speech'? Of all things for the cops to be doing this, it's sad! The moderator has even threatened in 1 of the threads concerning motorcyclists that if we don't all basically shut-up he is going to remove all the "stunt bikers" on the forum no matter if you have said anything or not! Ok Hitler, or is it Big Brother, wanting to make sure all the cattle stay herded up as they want? Read the approved things, act the approved way, speak the correct things....soon we can be the next U.S.S.R.

It is NOT a public site.  Someone owns that site, just as someone owns this site.  Just because the public can read it, doesn't mean you have freedom of speech there.  The board owners and moderators can do whatever they want, it's THEIR little island.

Hey Bernie, how ya doing. I posted earlier but deleted it. I didn't want to offend clutch or other cop racers since I respect them as people, just believe their view of things gets messed up along the way. You get to see them at their happy side. As normal poeple in a toy store. They tell stories that really are funny....unless you are the guy they screwed for no reason other than they could. I think they need to learn how to have real fun somehow instead of screwing up peoples lives for sport.
Kids are stupid. I was a kid long ago, I ran, did wheelies, drank and drove. Pretty much anything that will get you jail time now. Back then, it was "pour all that beer out" or "Do you think you're Evil Kanevil bla bla" and a cop would try to help you to the healthier path without even a ticket. And Baltimore is not Mayberry. It seems like now they just get off on giving a 18 yo a criminal record at the slightest opportunity when real threats abound. It makes them appear as power crazed cowards instead of nobily useing all of that authority. Personally I blame the legal system. If a cop tries to do right and make a kid pour out 3 6packs and the kid has a problem on the way home, the cop takes the heat and that is wrong. Justice is blind..and apparently deaf n' dumb too.
Odd, I'm glad my boy is in the Marines. He has the structure to stay out of trouble and he'll be able to shoot people to relieve his teenage tension, and that's a good thing? Society is a f'n mess.

QuoteWhats w/ all the stunter crap.  Do you know how few of riders/squids are actual stunters?  Not many.
I wish you guys would quit labling any moron squid that can pull a wheelie a stunter.

It's the backroaders and streetsquids that have given bikes a bad name.  And if you think back a decade or so, it was the backroaders, canyon carvers, etc that were trashing the motorcycle image, raising insurance rates, and introducing legislation to ban sportbikes.

Ya'll are trying to pas the buck onto stunters when the twisty guys are at least as guilty, if not more.

Ya'll have forgotten where ya used to ride, and how ya used to break multiple laws and endanger the public by highspeed on the backroads.  I was guilt of it too.  WE all have done it.  Quit being hypocrites.

Convicted felon?  Convicted of what?
What if it was some dumb kid who ran?  Would he have deserved getting dismembered too.
Got what he deserved?  That's way harsh.
If dusting off a cop or two in the twisties equates to deserving to lose limbs, then most on this board would be amputees.

The cop that posted that needs to be evaluated and terminated.

#1-  the rider was a felon:  he ran from the cops, had prior convictions for drugs and weapons.

#2-  if you run you pay the cost-  tough shit.

#3- it is not a "stunna" label that we are looking at .  we are looking at it as a law breaker versus the guys that get thier stunt or speed fix in a closed course.

the dumb bastard should have worn safety gear, not run, and kept his gun and drugs at home.  Get your genes out of the pool!

QuoteI find irony in the denial of constitutional rights on a website for the very people who are supposed to protect those very rights for us. What am I talking about? The web site admin can dictate what can be and cant be said on their board. If they dont want people to say "turtle" theres not anything you can do other than just not go there.

Dont know what state you're in speedballer, but fleeing in WI is a felony.

Rob, Matt, that is exactly my point. A kid doing a wheelie or blasting down the interstate has a what, 1 in a million chance of hurting sombody beside himself. The cell phone cager has a higher probability. A FELON, sounds like a desperate criminal to me. What is wrong with this whole picture. The dope tradin gun guy, F him, I'm talking about the teenager trying sew some oats, knowing he's in deep doo for doing 100 and makes a break for it. Felony conviction for being a stupid kid doing something that you would probably do if you didn't have a badge to show the cop that stopped you. Not long ago there was a story about a cop on a sportbike taking a ride and when he got home the cops showed up later. After a " high speed chase" that the cop didn't know was happening. FELONY is real, speeding on a bike is not that big of a deal that it should ruin a young mans life.

Felony speed
Felony endagerment
Felony resisting arrest

your teenager has commited a felony.  He had better pull over and take his medicine. better he do it on the track rather than ruin some bystanders life.

The Constitution is between the governmnet and its citizens. It does not control any other situations. It sets limits on what the government can do.

Your employer can forbid you from speaking poorly about the company and you can be legally fired by the company if you do. This does not violate freedom of speech because it is not the government telling you what you can and cannot say.

Likewise a web site can control content (as this one does) and not be in violation of freedom of speech.

I think we should fence off....say Texas, and maybe Oklahoma to make a prison big enough to hold all the outlaw lawless slime that have ever done 100mph. And throw all the witches in there too.
I forget who said it but I love the quote,"America is a nation of laws, Poorly written and randomly enforced, but laws none the less."

Typical of LEOs and their wannabe groupies; "let's cloud the issue with irrelevent BS and try to engage the unsuspecting into a feeding frenzy on saving our families from"; (what did you call it BERZERKER?, "rapist or child molesters"?) Especially the kids that are prey for these scum bags that belong to the CCS families. Hey leave our kids out of this!
Where I live the ratio is 1:1058 civilians! Do YOU really think that the majority rely on LEOs? If you do, it's extremely naive of you.
Cornercamping; great job on the officers.com site. Although, these are the tuff guys (yeah, right) I believe they are immune to any diplomacy when exposed to it.
The original issue here (at least what I read) was the so called officer who took GREAT pleasure in the pain and suffering of a "runner".
This pansy has started to back peddle already saying the readers don't recognise "satire"
Here is some "satire" to consider, I agree 100% with M. Buck (for the first time!), I say, spend your money on a more common cause for the general good of the PEOPLE, screw the 1099 Foundation, send your checks and money orders to the NRA, Keep the 2nd Ammendment alive and use it for what it was intended for, to protect us from ALL evils, including those of the government (LEOs). F'in COWBOYS is what that forum is about, I have friends that are cops, I know some that are like the Sgt. Goofball who made the original post; the job is what it is, don't like it? Affects your family life, can't separate the two? TS >:(
Like I said before, you have a choice, chill out, or stay on your POWER and ADRENALINE high >:(
This is on our forum due to the GESTAPO sensorship BS "officer.com".
Got a problem, call a neighbor; faster, reliable, good judgement!
