QuoteDan, you need to race more...

It's a bigger addiction.

It's also more expensive than a weekend in Vegas  :(  I"ll be there though  :)

See you need to race...

What's the value in it...

When Ed Key comes up and says...

"Hey, Dave...I just wanted to tell you.  I was behind you in turn five (at Blackhawk) and you put down the coolest black stripe all the way to six."

 ;D

I went out to paint stripes on old tires.  I got all of my money's worth.

We can go to the strip clubs...yeah, that's fine...

But Heather has the right idea...

I just had an ugly thought.  I sent Rob a pile of money for parts that I haven't seen yet, right before those three left for Vegas....  Should I be worried?
 :o :o :o :o :o :o :o :o :o ;) :D
The frame was snapped, the #3 rod was dangling from a hole in the cases, and what was left had been consumed by fire.  I said, "Hey, we've got all night!"

So where's all the news from Vegas?  It's been kinda quiet.  People are going to start talking if you guys don't report in soon!

Stumpy's flight will be here in about an hour and a half.

All I know so far is Stumpy rode two up with Spencer on a VFR and was amazed at how little his wrist moved when he blipped.

You know the old saying, though.

Loose Lips Sink Ships!!!

Heather, do you know if my question ever got asked?

OK, we are on our way back right now and all I can say is "Holy Sh1t"! The school is just awesome! They really help a ton with body position, trail braking, using the rear brake while entering the corners and much more! I highly recommend this school to anyone! They really emphasize position on the bike and being smooth. I don't even recognize myself while on the bike anymore. This was the 3 day Pro-School and we really got to push our limits, both physically and mentally.

Riding with Freddie's is just awesome. When I got to ride, it was sprinkling, yet he was still flying. He is amazingly smooth and barely moves his brake level even though he is slowing down significantly.

K3, I tried calling your number, but all I got was a busy signal the whole time. Not sure what the question was...

A million thanks to Lithium Motorsports. This was only possible thanks to them. These guys are really working on providing the best trackside support in the country. You guys should keep an eye out on what they have coming up for this next season. They will be at all the Midwest and Great Plain rounds with all kinds of parts, equipment, VP fuel, suspension setup and support and much more. Check out their website as well to see all the stuff they carry: www.lithiummotorsports.com and www.bikejam.com

So the total experience was over 3700 miles traveled, 2 track days at Pahrump and 3 days at Las Vegas Motor Speedway with the Freddie Spencer School. 10 days total away from home! What an incredible winter break!

Now that sounds like a fun winter break.  Between you getting advanced edumecation and other people ice racing the rest of us sloths don't stand a chance.
I gotta get down there sometime.

Well back to winter...  I have been gabbing to Heather since I got home last night about all the new stuff I learned. They accually video tape you and then analize everything in the begining and then at the end, He will transform all your bad habits into good. We had so much track time, at a fast pace. I definetily recommend it, I know it made me a faster rider. A huge thanks to Rob at Lithium Motorsports, I couldn't have done it without him.

P.S. How were the mountains Edgar? Need any Mayo for traction in the back...
