Jessica is real good at marketing herself, like it was mentioned before. Also, whenever she makes it to an AMA race, you hear her name announced a few times due to her being a girl. She is not setting the world of roadracing on fire, but she qualifies for the AMA events. I heard that Kawi gave her 2 2005 ZX6RR's and a ZX10.

I agree with PJ about the article. It was not relevant to compare them to each other. They could have said "Is Jessica Zaluski faster than Tommy Hayden?" or a variety of other statements like that.

BTW, Jessica's times improved substantially this last season.

I don't see Tez in the R.America results.  He DNF's at Brainerd after the 3rd lap.  His q-time was about a second faster than her, but she was on a 750

i believe tez was injured for road america and picotte subbed for him.

Jessica is a CRA regular.  She's got lots and lots of laps at Brainerd.  It's pretty intimidating...turn one being wide open in 6th with your knee on the ground.

And I believe that that was Tez's first time visiting Brainerd ever.  And his first race back from busting himself up at Pikes?

I have met them both on several occasions.  They are both nice and I wish them luck.

I have also raced against them both.  That guy was joking or he is smoking crack.  It wouldn't even be close.  :-/

Wow, I didn't know you could get an AMA SuperBike license with only two AMA races under your belt.  I though you need 100 AMA points to qualify for the SB license.  ???

Actually, you need 200 AMA points (or equiv expert club points) but 2004 wasn't her first year in AMA.
