Mailed my app today but got a question. Is there anything special I need to do if I want to be bumped to expert but only had like 200 points?

Hi Brian!  You'll need to send me a letter stating that you want to go expert and why.  Once it gets here I'll review it, just like petitions.

thanks for the quick reply Tiffiney.  :) Got a bit of a problem. I already sent the app in and didn't include a petition to get bumped up. I did petition to stay am an extra year in 03. Does that make a difference at all? Can I mail you a seperate petition? I really don't wanna be amateur again next year.
